BeatPublish / Legal

Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 September 2026

BeatPublish helps music producers prepare videos and publish content to their connected social accounts. You keep ownership of your content and choose what to publish. These terms apply to your use of the service.

1. Who operates BeatPublish

BeatPublish is operated by Dorsia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Dorsia.

Dorsia
Jens Bangs Vej 7, 1. tv.
Email: prodjody@gmail.com

By using BeatPublish, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business or another account owner, you must have authority to do so.

2. Your account

You must meet the applicable age requirements of each connected platform and be legally able to accept these terms. Keep your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. Only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Preparing and publishing content

Available features may include uploading media, converting audio and artwork into video, organising drafts and publishing to supported platforms. Features depend on the selected upload mode, platform permissions and service availability. Saving a draft or connecting an account does not itself publish a post.

Review the destination account, media, caption, visibility and any required disclosures before submitting a post. A queued or processing status is not confirmation that publication has completed. If a request fails or its result is uncertain, check the destination account before retrying to avoid duplicate posts.

We cannot guarantee publication times, uninterrupted availability, acceptance by a platform, audience reach or commercial results. Keep your own copies of your original files; BeatPublish is not a permanent backup service.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, process, convert and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request, including delivery to selected platforms.

You are responsible for obtaining the rights needed for music, samples, beats, vocals, artwork, footage, trademarks and other material you use. Owning a beat does not necessarily give you rights to every sample or image it contains. Do not publish content that infringes another person’s rights or privacy.

The service permission ends when the content is removed from our active systems, subject to necessary backup retention and legal obligations. Content already delivered to another platform is subject to that platform’s terms and must be managed there.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use BeatPublish for unlawful content, harassment, deceptive impersonation, spam, unauthorised account access or attempts to bypass platform restrictions. Do not interfere with service security, overload the infrastructure or use another person’s credentials without permission.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or address platform requirements. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us.

6. Connected platforms

BeatPublish is independent of TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Google and YouTube. Their services, permissions, policies and review processes may change or limit what our integration can do. You must comply with the applicable platform terms and content policies.

BeatPublish uses YouTube API Services. By using BeatPublish, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. TikTok and Instagram use is also subject to their respective TikTok terms and Instagram terms.

You can disconnect an account in BeatPublish and revoke permissions through the platform’s own settings. Disconnection does not remove posts already published, and an operation already sent to a platform may still finish.

7. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation

BeatPublish offers monthly subscriptions with plan-specific usage limits. Stripe checkout shows your price, currency, billing frequency and applicable trial before you subscribe.

Where offered, the seven-day trial requires a payment method and includes five renders. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it converts to the paid plan shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage billing and cancellation through your workspace.

Cancellation of an active paid subscription takes effect at the end of its billing period. Trial cancellation and immediate activation are explained in the billing interface before confirmation. Unpaid or ended subscriptions may restrict processing and scheduled publishing. Platform limits apply independently of your plan. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Privacy and ending your use

Our Privacy Policy explains the personal data used to operate BeatPublish. You can stop using the service at any time. To request account or data deletion, email prodjody@gmail.com from your account email. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

9. Responsibility and your legal rights

We will use reasonable care in providing the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for failures outside our reasonable control, including third-party platform outages or restrictions, or for content you publish without the necessary rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. In particular, these terms do not override protections that apply in your country of residence.

10. Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service develops or legal requirements change. We will update the date on this page and give appropriate notice of material changes before they take effect. Where required, we will ask for your agreement. Questions or complaints can be sent to prodjody@gmail.com.
